Primavera Training

Basic Primavera courses provides hands-on training for Primavera P6 Project Management solution, leading participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Basic Primavera training topics include adding activities, assigning & analyzing resources, creating a baseline, progressing activities and comparing current vs target plan. Participants also gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Workshops and instruction stress the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs. Advanced Primavera training provides in-depth project management training in Primavera P6. Advanced Primavera training topics include delay analysis techniques, fundamentals of claim management, calculating and effects of time impacted schedules, multiple float paths, importing and exporting project data, detailed instruction on earned value analysis includes lessons on duration types and how to calculate percent complete. PS: All training attendants will have a chance to use Primavera P6 for 3 months after Primavera training and their computers are being installed for educational purposes. Instructors/Consultants are at least 24 years experienced Engineers, who are internationally recognized PMP - Project Management Professional Certified by PMI - Project Management Institute and as well as Primavera Enterprise implementation specialist by Oracle.
